As soon as we have obtained a Richard Dunwoody PAYW advice we will send a Free Text message informing you of the Maximum 10 out of 10-rated bet. If you wish to take the advice, all you have to do is text back the word WIN and the bet will be sent straight to back your mobile by text message. You are only charged £20 x the Starting Price if you respond to the text message and the horse wins.
Payment for all winning bets:
Please read the full terms and conditions (click on link below), but put simply, it is free to register and you only need to respond to the free text message when you wish to. Should the bet oblige and win for us, then all you will pay is £20 x the Starting Price regardless of the odds you have obtained for yourself. You pay for our advice by way of credit/debit card. This being because, monies owed when you have a winner can be deducted next morning and this ensures the smooth running of the administration, making you eligible to get the next bet.

The Richard Dunwoody Racing Associates Ltd "Pay As You Win" £20 Service
- Upon responding to the text alert (SMS) advising you ("the Member") that a tip awaits you, by texting back the word "WIN" it will be taken as a contract ("the Contract") between you and The Richard Dunwoody Racing Associates Ltd ("the Company"). Upon forming the contract you agree to pay £20 x the Starting Price ("the Contract Rate"), when the bet wins following the Company's advice (nb: your first three winners will not be charged).
- Monies will be deducted securely on the working day following a successful win.
- Members will be given, on joining, both the Company's customer service telephone number and email address for both queries and changes in contact and card information.
- Members must be that aware that not every bet will win and that past results are not indicative of future performance. The Company cannot guarantee Members that every bet will win nor that profits will be accrued, only that every effort is made to find winners.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to place the bet after receiving the tip from the Company. The Member will still be charged the Contract Rate as set out above if he/she fails to place the bet.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to collect any successful winnings from their chosen bookmaker.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to bet within their means at all times. The Company takes no responsibility for any losses incurred.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any application for membership.
- The Company cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.
- The Company does not offer a service where losers are deductible from future winners. Payment is only for winning advice given.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate a Member's subscription should that Member act in a manner that is detrimental to the service or that verbalizes or writes in such a way as to cause aggravation to the staff of the Company.
- The Company is not responsible for disruptions in service caused by failure of computer or telephonic equipment.
- Information is intended for the sole use of the Member and should not be passed to third parties. The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership of a person believed to be re-selling information.
- Card Payments will show up as RICHARD DUNWOODY.
- A Member MUST be over 18 years of age.
- Access to the information will be blocked to persons owing for winning advices (tips), until such time as their account is clear, when they will be switched back on.
- The service is accessed by the Member sending SMS text messages from the mobile phone number they have registered with this service. Access to the service is controlled based on the mobile phone number they have registered.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to control access to the registered mobile phone. All services accessed by this mobile phone will remain the responsibility of the Member and accordingly all charges incurred from the use of the registered mobile phone number will be the responsibility of the Member.
- In the event another person or persons uses the service by accessing the Member's registered mobile phone number, the Member will remain liable for all charges incurred.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to inform the Company if they wish to suspend access to the service by the mobile phone number they have registered or wish to access the service using another mobile number. Only one mobile phone number can be used to access the service per account.
- When a Member joins online via the Richard Dunwoody website, an initial payment of £0.01 will be requested from their card in order to set up their account.
