- I've forgotten my password. How can I login?
You cannot retrieve your current password, but you can create a new one. This page will allow you to enter your password and email address, and then you will be emailed a link. Please click on this link and then follow the simple instructions. When you create your new password, please choose one containing both numbers and letters
- Why won't the login and other forms recognise my mobile number?
First please leave off the zero at the start of your phone number, and then enter the rest of your number starting with it's international code.
Examples:
Your phone number is 07930 123456, and you're from the UK (international code +44). Please enter your number as 447930123456
Your phone number is 07922 999888, and you're from Ireland (international code +353). You would enter your number as 3537922999888
- Is the site secure enough for me to enter my credit card details?
Your card details get encrypted before they are sent between your browser and Richarddunwoody.co.uk. We use a Thawte SSL certificate to do this. You should see 'https://' rather than 'http://' at the start of the web page address, and a small padlock icon (the location of this icon depends on which browser you use.) In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the certificate , your browser should warn you.
Once we have received the encrypted data, we immediately forward this to the relevant banks. At no point during or after the payment process, do we ever store or even see user's credit card details. We just keep a unique id for each transaction to correspond with the bank's records.
As an extra security feature, and if your card is enrolled to do it, you may briefly be redirected to an external site, where you can verify your credit card. You may have seen this feature, known as Verified By Visa, or MasterCard SecureCode, on other sites too.
